September’s meeting of the Burnet County Republican Women Club will feature speaker Jungas Jordan sharing stories of his father, Willie ‘Snuffy’ Jordan, & other WWII POW survivors from the Army 2nd battalion, 131st Field Artillery, known as the Lost Battalion. The meeting will be held at The Reed Building, 402 E. Jackson St., Burnet, 78611. Registration begins at 11:15, and the meeting runs from 11:30 to 1:00.
